This role ensures that every guest receives a warm, welcoming first impression of CLC. The Coordinator will train volunteers, support team leads, and help identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience.

This role supports the Life Kids Director by coordinating worship teams, selecting songs, creating engaging environments, and helping kids experience God through music and movement.
The Audio Team Lead is responsible for managing all audio elements of Sunday services and special events. This includes operating the sound board, mixing for both in-room and broadcast experiences, and supporting the Worship and Communication teams. The Lead is also responsible for training and supporting volunteers and ensuring excellent sound quality at every gathering.
The Lighting Team Lead is responsible for operating and managing all lighting systems during Sunday services and events. This role works closely with the Production and Worship teams to execute dynamic and well-timed lighting transitions that support the worship environment. The Lead also assists with training new volunteers and maintaining the lighting setup.
The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Production Director in overseeing the technical execution of all worship experiences, including Sunday services, special events, and online streaming. This role assists in coordinating volunteers, prepping service logistics, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring a smooth and excellent production environment each week. When a Director is not present, the Coordinator functions as the Production Team lead.
The Visual Team Lead is responsible for operating and overseeing all visual media elements during Sunday services and special events. This includes managing PowerPoint, ProPresenter slides, motion backgrounds, lower thirds, lyrics, and message content. This role supports Worship, Communications, and Teaching teams by ensuring accuracy, timing, and clarity across all visuals.
The Usher Team Lead oversees and leads a team of ushers to create a welcoming, orderly, and distraction-free environment for church services and events. This includes equipping the team to greet attendees, assist with seating, facilitate offering collection, and ensure the auditorium is clean, safe, and presentable. The Team Lead also focuses on building team morale, maintaining clear communication, and supporting the Usher Coordinator to ensure smooth and effective service operations.
The Parking Team Coordinator leads and schedules volunteers who manage all on-campus vehicle traffic and parking needs during church services and special events. This role ensures that traffic flows smoothly, safety is prioritized, and every guest is welcomed with clarity and care. The Coordinator provides coaching, encouragement, and presence to their team while also working alongside the Experience Director to improve flow, logistics, and signage.
The Parking Team Lead supports the Parking Coordinator by helping guide the parking volunteer team during services and events. This role is focused on day-of execution, making sure signs are in place, volunteers are in position, and all guests are welcomed and directed with excellence. The Team Lead communicates real-time needs to the Coordinator and fills in where needed to ensure smooth and safe vehicle flow.
The Safety Team Lead supports the Safety Coordinator by overseeing volunteers during services and events, helping ensure safety protocols are followed, and providing visible leadership throughout the building. This role ensures the team is properly positioned, engaged, and equipped to respond quickly and calmly to any situation that arises.
The Outreach Coordinator leads the effort to plan, organize, and execute all outreach initiatives at CLC. This includes developing and nurturing community partnerships, creating outreach campaigns, coordinating volunteer service opportunities, and ensuring each outreach moment reflects CLC’s culture of generosity, service, and connection. This role also identifies, equips, and supports volunteers who lead and serve in outreach-based events and ministries.
The Outreach Team Lead supports the Outreach Coordinator by assisting with volunteer coordination, communication, and on-site execution of outreach events. This role is responsible for helping volunteers feel prepared and encouraged, setting up and breaking down events, and making sure all serve experiences operate with excellence. Team Leads are instrumental in keeping the outreach experience smooth, relational, and full of purpose.
The Pantry Coordinator manages all aspects of the CLC Food Pantry operations including donation intake, food distribution events, volunteer scheduling, and communication. This role ensures the pantry runs with excellence, order, and compassion while building strong relationships with both community partners and those we serve. The Coordinator helps lead with both logistics and heart, providing a consistent and welcoming environment for guests and volunteers alike.
The Social Media Team Coordinator is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution of Christian Life Center’s online presence across all social platforms. The Facilities Team Lead supports the Facilities Coordinator by executing the week-to-week responsibilities required to keep the building and campus clean, organized, and ready for services and special events. This person leads the on-the-ground crew for setups, assists with minor facility needs, and ensures that every room is prepared with excellence. This role is vital to keeping the flow of our church smooth and impactful.

This includes preparing event supplies, managing volunteer assignments, communicating instructions, and ensuring smooth transitions before, during, and after events. The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for leading all food and beverage-related hospitality efforts at CLC. This includes overseeing the preparation and serving of food, drinks, and desserts during special events, Surge nights, and weekly Sunday hospitality. The Coordinator also manages inventory for all hospitality supplies, ensures coffee service is available each Sunday, and oversees and serve breakfast for Life Teams. This role supports the Events Coordinator by ensuring every hospitality experience is planned, organized, and executed with excellence.
The EMS Coordinator oversees the Emergency Medical Services volunteers, providing leadership, scheduling, and support to ensure readiness during all church services and events. This individual is responsible for equipping the team with proper protocols, facilitating emergency response drills, and maintaining emergency supply inventory. The EMS Team Lead provides on-the-ground support and leadership during services and events, ensuring prompt and effective medical response when needed. This person serves as the point of contact during assigned services, assists with setup of emergency equipment, and supports the EMS Coordinator by mentoring volunteers, enforcing safety protocols, and responding to incidents as they arise.
The Altar Attendants Coordinator leads a team of trained prayer partners who provide personal ministry during altar calls and prayer invitations. This role provides spiritual covering, coordination, and care to the team, ensuring that each altar moment is handled with compassion, clarity, and excellence. The Coordinator supports the Prayer Director in volunteer training, preparation, and accountability, and helps maintain an atmosphere where God can move freely in every service.
The Grief Care Coordinator leads a team of compassionate volunteers who walk with individuals and families during times of grief and loss. The Coordinator works closely with Communications, Production, and Facilities teams to plan, prepare, and follow through with excellence on each baptism Sunday and special event.
The Guest Experience Coordinator leads the effort to create a welcoming, organized, and relational environment for first-time guests. This person manages the first-time guest check-in process, ensures timely follow-up, and oversees hospitality elements that contribute to a strong first impression. The coordinator also manages volunteers assigned to the Connect Experience area and collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless guest care from parking lot to sanctuary.
The Education Coordinator oversees the planning, promotion, and execution of discipleship and growth courses offered through CLC. This includes managing curriculum, recruiting and equipping facilitators, creating class schedules, and ensuring smooth administration of programs such as Bold, Discipleship classes, Financial Peace University, and Thrive Academy. The Coordinator creates an organized and spiritually enriching learning environment where people can grow in both faith and practical life skills.
The Education Team Lead serves as the primary facilitator for one or more discipleship or growth classes offered at CLC. This role helps guide participants through curriculum content, leads class discussions, and provides spiritual support throughout the learning journey. Team Leads work closely with the Education Coordinator to ensure classes run smoothly and reflect the mission and values of CLC.
The Huddle Coordinator is responsible for organizing and leading weekly pre-service huddles that unify, motivate, and inform all serving Life Teams. This role ensures that team members are spiritually charged, clearly briefed, and emotionally connected before they go out to serve. The coordinator collaborates with team leaders across departments and crafts a moment that encourages excellence and faith-filled impact each Sunday.
The Life Team Coordinator focuses on cultivating a healthy volunteer culture at CLC. This role serves as the central liaison between new volunteers and team leaders, helping people get connected to the right Life Team based on their interests and gifts. The coordinator also supports the leadership development, care, and celebration of current volunteers, making sure every person serving feels known, trained, and appreciated.
The Life Track Coordinator ensures that our church’s assimilation process runs smoothly, helping attendees move from guests to fully engaged members of the CLC family. This role manages the weekly Life Track experience by preparing materials, scheduling team members, coordinating class flow, and providing follow-up to participants.
